For Employers to have your contact information released to them, they must have your permission to do so first! This is done by an Employer sending you an “Interview Request” with some detail about the role on offer! If you accept the “Interview Request” you will be releasing your own information to the employer. This facility makes sure you are only going to interviews that you are then on with Companies that look the best fit for you.
As you go through your profile, you will be prompted to enter the type of employment you are seeking. There is quite a lot of detailed information and this will help a prospective Employer to find just the right person. Don’t be deterred, once you have completed your Profile it can be used again and again in the future job searches.
